KSM Youth Orchestra is performing at the National Concert Hall, Dublin

2023/2024 Season

We are delighted to share some very exciting news. As part of a collaboration, the KSM Youth Orchestra will play in the National Concert Hall for the IAYO 28th Festival of Youth Orchestras on February 10th, 2024. We only received word this week that our application was accepted.This performance will be a joint venture with St Agnes CCMA, Carlow College of Music and St Peter's Violin Project, Phibsborough. We will begin rehearsing the music immediately in September and we will be taking a bus to rehearse with all four ensembles, in Kilanerin on January 28th, 2024. The KSM Youth Orchestra will work on repertoire that will best challenge players of all standards and ages and we will work towards public performances and collaborations each year. The KSM Youth Orchestra will rehearse every Thursday between 7pm and 8pm.

is open to all string and flute players ages 7-18yrs

The Orchestra is scheduled on Thursdays from 7-8pm

Orchestra Membership is €100 per term
